A full gourmet breakfast is included with all accommodations. This may be a choice of a German pancake with maple ham & fruit or whole wheat waffles with homemade preserves and pepper bacon.

Once you arrive at the ranch you may not want to leave...so we now offer a healthful Gourmet Grazing Tray for our guests. See details below for meal options while at the ranch. Rollie ran a very successful catering business in Dallas for 13 years, and is a very active member of the professional culinary organization Les Dames d'Escoffier, in San Antonio.

Try our Gourmet Grazing Tray available in your private cabin, to enjoy with a bottle of wine.

After a long drive, sit on the deck and enjoy the magnificent view of the Texas Hills, with our delicious meal. It includes meats, veggies, cheeses, bread, fruit, olives, dessert, and a bottle of wine for two persons. Available Saturday evenings only.

Wonderful Picnics are available for hiking and horsebackriding as well. Includes a large sandwich on ciabatta bread with a sundried tomato, mayo, ham, salamis, field greens, avocado, red bell pepper. Organic blue corn tortilla chips, fruit, dessert, bottled water.
